WHAT!??! ~ 92¢ Blue Bunny Ice Cream! (Printable Coupon)

ice_creamAlbertsons price is $1.67.  It’s $1.97 at Safeway
You could also ad match at Walmart or Target.

Update:  Unless this resets tomorrow … you have to get there TODAY (6/30).  The coupons prints with today’s expiration on it.  :(  (Thanks, Siggy!)

If you can’t resist a bargain on ice cream, you’re in for trouble.  There’s a $1.50/2 printable coupon for Blue Bunny.  I don’t have a direct link for it.  I was in zip 85225.  I sorted by “food” and it was on the first page.

Below is what the deal looks like at Albertsons, with two printable coupons.  Safeway has a similar sale, but their price is $1.97, so add 30¢ to the final price if you’re heading there.  I’d still call $1.27 a bargain!  (Don’t forget you can also ad match at Walmart or Target.)

♥ ♥ Blue Bunny Ice Cream or Novelties  $1.67 (when you buy 4, limit 1 reward per transaction, Albertsons; $1.97 at Safeway)
$1.50/2 Coupons.com (Blue Bunny, use zip 85225 if not in yours; may have to sign in & change zip in profile, save, and refresh page) NEW

Final price:  92¢ each when you buy 4

These coupons are also available, if you get the paper and haven’t used them yet.  (Tillamook is included with the Blue Bunny sale.)
$1/2 Blue Bunny Premium Ice Cream or Novelty Cartons 06/12/2016 SS Insert (exp 7/23/16)
$1/1 Tillamook Ice Cream, Extra Creamy Ice Cream, Frozen Custard or Farmstyle Gelato 06/05/2016 SS Insert (exp 7/24/16)
$1/1 Tillamook Tillamookies or Tillabars 06/05/2016 SS Insert (exp 7/24/16)
We didn’t get these in AZ.  (Thanks, Jennifer!)

Sunday Coupon List 7/2/16 ~ One Insert Coming

Even though it will be a holiday weekend, we still expect to get one P&G coupon insert on Sunday.  I’ll copy a list of the coupons below.

Here are some links to printable coupons that you may want to check.  New coupons are added often.

Coupons.com
Redplum (new coupons usually added Sunday morning)
Smartsource

az_republic_subscription

If you don’t get the Sunday coupons and want to plan ahead for coming weeks, you can get the Arizona Republic delivered for $12 a month for Wednesday and Sunday delivery.  This is not an introductory offer, where they raise your rate in a couple months.  Your price will always be $12 (plus tax).

You can also pick up a Sunday paper at many places, for $2.  Unfortunately, sometimes they have fewer coupons than home delivery, but it can be a good way to get extra coupons on good weeks.  Dollar Tree also has Sunday papers ($1), but I hear that many locations run out quickly and they limit how many you can get.  Every once in awhile, a store will get a second shipment in after Sunday, so check your Dollar Tree to see how everything works.

Here’s what the 7/3 P&G Insert should have in it:
The ones w/o dates expire on 7/30, I think.

Pogo Pass Renewal Rate Gone SOON! ~ Previous Pass Holders, Renew NOW

pogo_renewal

I wanted to remind all previous Pogo Pass holders who want to renew to do it SOON!

Pogo Pass will continue to let you renew your passes for $5 off, anytime before they expire.  BUT … if you’re counting on the discounted rate being there whenever you decide to renew … don’t!  They are no longer going to let all previous customers renew for $5 off, after June 30th.  If you’ve ever bought passes, you can login to your account and renew for $34.95 BY JUNE 30th.  Starting July 1st, only passes that aren’t expired can renew for the discount.  If you wait until expiration, you will have to pay $39.98.

Note:  If you decide to renew before your expiration date, you get immediate access to new venues and your expiration date is pushed back 365 days from your current expiration.  When you hit your current expiration, you’ll lose any unused visits from the first year, but the ones that reset for the renewal period will still be there, until the later (renewed) expiration date.

If you don’t have a pass … they’re a super value!  Pay $39.98 with this link or code BARGAIN.

The pass gets you into multiple venues for 365 days, for one price.  You are able to visit some places more than once.  It’s a true bargain.  We love our passes!

Arizona Walmart Ad Matching List ~ 6/29/16 – 7/5/16

Note
Most Walmarts in Arizona are continuing to ad-match — hooray!  The only store we know that has ended ad-matching in Arizona is the one in Mesa, near Stapley/Cooper & Baseline.  If you know of any other locations, please let us know.

Helpful links:
Price matching policy & tips
Online price matching policy
Walmart Savings Catcher program

Notes : (Keep in mind that your store many vary from another store & you can’t count on getting everything on this list.)

  • Your store may no longer match the Hispanic market prices, including Food City.  (It doesn’t seem to be very widespread,
  • at this point.)
  • Your store may only match store locations that they consider close to them.
  • Sometimes, there are price variations from store to store, especially Smart & Final.  See your local ad for exact price. (Smart & Final ad here.)
  • Policy says they will not match store brand prices, but the majority report their store will.
  • Walmart sells some produce individually, not by the pound.  Their policy says they won’t match those items, unless the ad shows the same (lb to lb, or each to each).  Some stores will do it.
  •  Meats are hard to match.  Most stores are strict about same size packaging, cuts, brands, etc.  We include more than you’ll probably be able to find at your store since selection may vary.
  • Milk ad matching policy can vary from store to store.  Most seem to carry Price First brand for $1.99.  If not, that seems to be the brand most stores want you to get when matching.
  • Stores in Arizona are continuing to ad match, despite many stopping in June 2016.  The exception is the one in Mesa, near Stapley/Cooper & Baseline.  If you know of others, please let us know.

Some items below need coupons, many don’t.  Click the green plus signs to make your own personalized shopping list!  (When you do, it will be categorized for easier shopping.)

Chick-Fil-A Cow Appreciation Day Changes for 2016 ~ July 12

chick_fil_a_cow_appreciation_day

This is a pic of my kids and me, last year,
before heading to Chick-fil-A for our free food.

They’ve changed the program this year.
Unfortunately, they will only give entrees for anyone dressed like a cow,
instead of full meals if you’re dressed head to toe
.
The exceptions are kids.  They get a full kids’ meal.

I was hoping I was reading the FAQ section wrong,
but I just dug up this article, which says the same thing.

It won’t matter if you have a few spots or are dressed from head to toe.
You’ll only get one item.

You get your freebie this year from open until 7pm on July 12, 2016.

Here are your choice:

Breakfast Entrée includes Chick-fil-A® Chicken Biscuit; Sausage Biscuit; Chick-n-Minis™ (3-count); Chicken or Sausage Breakfast Burrito; Chicken, Egg, and Cheese Bagel; or Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit. Breakfast items may not be served at all locations and are served during breakfast hours only.

Lunch or Dinner Entrée includes Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich; Spicy Chicken Sandwich; Grilled Chicken Sandwich; Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap®; Chick-fil-A® Nuggets (8-count); Chick-fil-A® Grilled Nuggets (8-count); Chicken Salad Sandwich; Chick-n-Strips™ (3-count); Chick-fil-A® Grilled Market Salad; Chick-fil-A® Cobb Salad; Chick-fil-A® Spicy Southwest Salad; small hand-spun milkshake; Iced Coffee; Frosted Coffee or Frosted Lemonade.

Slowly, we’ve collected a few official cow items that we’ve been given or seen at garage sales.
But, you don’t need official cow gear!
Here’s how our costumes started out.

cow_appreciation_day_picThis is from about five years ago.
My kids are so much taller now!

Simple black or white paper will get you an entree
Put black on white clothing or white on black clothing.
I’ve seen black trash bags with white spots or white ones with black.
Those are simple!

And, I promise … you won’t be the only one dressed like a cow.
All the cow crazies will be out with you.  :)

Go here for full details and to see more costume ideas.
