Difference Between Fry’s eCoupons & Cellfire Digital Coupons? FAQ
FAQ
What is the difference between Fry's eCoupons and Cellfire digital coupons?
First of all, "digital" and "eCoupons" are describing the same thing. They are coupons you load to your store card, from an online source. The discount is taken off at the register, when your card is scanned and the proper product is purchased.
Fry's eCoupons have more choices and they usually include the Cellfire eCoupons. Every once in awhile Cellfire will have an extra coupon or two. Since you can only load them from one source, I only link to the Cellfire coupons when they can't be found on the Fry's website.
The reason I do this is because you can "unload" them, through the Fry's site. You can't at Cellfire. You have to wait for the coupon to expire. Since you can't combine a paper coupon with a digital coupon, you will be handed back your paper coupon, if the register detects that you already used a digital coupon. It doesn't matter if your paper coupon is worth more. So, if you have ever load a coupon and then find a higher value paper coupon, you will be able to remove it.
If you haven't registered your VIP card at both sites, I suggest that you do. You just need your number and some brief information and you'll be set. It will only take a simple click for future savings.
