You can get $5 off a $5 online purchase at Payless Shoes. Choose in store pick up and save the shipping. Enter code: 72625. I'm not sure how long this code will last, so please leave a comment when it stops working. Thanks! It is working at this moment. I tested it.
If you do other online shopping, it might be worth the extra step:
You can go through Shop at Home and receive an additional 10% cash back. They don't pay out until you reach $20, though. If you're a first time customer, you will receive a $5 sign up bonus.
Or, you can shop through Ebates to get 3% cash back. They send you a check after you reach $5.01. You will get to choose a $10 gift card (on screen when you go there for the first time, I think) if you are a new customer. You won't get it until you have spent $25, though.
For Shop at Home and Ebates you'll need to go there, search for Payless Shoes, click over to their site, and then enter the code when you check out. These are the ones I'm most familiar with, but if you use another similar site, check to see if Payless Shoes is included.
