Thanks to Nan, who let me know about the Sparkle coupon. I was reading it wrong. I thought it was for a 3-pk or larger, but it's for a 3-pk or smaller!
** Update: The Sparkle coupon did not double for Wendy. :( Sorry, but the fine print says not to, so I guess they won't make it worth $1. (Thanks, Wendy!)
Angel Soft Bathroom Tissue (4 pk) $1 (thru 10/23)
$0.25/1 Coupons.com (Direct link, gone if not checked, worth $1, print 2!)
$0.25/1 printable (worth $1, can print 2)
Final price: FREE (Policy only allows three like coupons to be worth $1.)
Sparkle Paper Towels (single roll) $1 (thru 10/16) (Thanks, Nan!)
$0.25/1 Coupons.com (gone,use if printed, worth $1)
Update: May only be worth 25¢. The fine print says "not subject to doubling," and Safeway doesn't always value "do not double" coupons at $1, like Fry's does. (Thanks, Jeff!)

Sparkle coupon states not subject to doubling!
Wow, they sure made that small and not at the top, as usual! Nan's coupon was worth $1, but they might not do that for everyone. I added a note to the list. Thanks for catching that. I don't think Fry's even carries the single pack (I will check when I go), but their policy says they will value all coupons at $1, even those.
Hi juli, The safeway i went to doubled mine, I guess it might be in the stars if you pick the right store! Thanks for your help!
Several people have told me theirs went to $1. My store was out, so I don't know. :( Unless they're the ones you pull from shelves in the store, cashiers usually have to manually stop the register from auto doubling (well, quadrulping this one!). I doubt many cashiers are reading the fine print. I doubt most even read the non-fine print! Plus, their policy doesn't clearly state that they won't double those. So, I'm guessing it will vary, but most will get the full $1. I just don't like to mislead people and would prefer that they are surprised with extra savings than disappointed with less. Thanks for letting me know about the wording . . . and that it still worked!!
I was trying to help cause i was disappointed when i read the coupon at any rate i and i'm sure others appreciate what you do! Thank you Mine did go up to one dollar.
