Here are some tips to determine whether it's a Target store coupon (can use another manufacturer's with it) or if it's a manufacturer's coupon . . .
1) Verb "purchase" under graphic = Target
2) No verb, just product description = Target
3) Verb "buy" under graphic = Manufacturer's coupon
I'm guessing there are some exceptions, but this seems to be true all or most of the time, for the ones I've printed.
