If you don't have one of these you NEED one. Okay, you "might want to consider" getting one. It's a battery tester and storage / organizer that you mount on a wall. You can get it on Amazon for $10.54. (Amazon prices can change at anytime, but that's what it is right now.)
This is probably my favorite household gizmo. My husband loves gadgets. I don't. They just clutter my life and make me pull out a special tool when I could use a simple whatever-it-is instead. But, this is more than a gadget, in my opinion. :)
I posted this last year and a couple of you have told me you like yours. I thought I'd throw it out there as a suggestion, again, if you're running low of gift ideas. Hey — put it on your list. Really, you need (I mean . . . might want to consider) this!
1) I can easily find batteries in our laundry room — when I actually need them!
2) My kids can find batteries when they need them, reducing the need for mom. Love this!
3) I can test batteries instead of throwing away good batteries.
4) I can quickly glance and see what batteries we need.
This isn't the exact one we have. (I got ours at Home Depot years ago.) But, this one gets fairly good reviews and seems to do the same thing.
I just ordered one for a gift exchange we're doing. The budget is $30, so I will get some batteries to go with it.

Glad you like it! I almost feel like this needs to be public service announcement I make every year. After I got mine, I wondered how I lived that long without it. I'm sure not everybody is quite as attached to theirs, but glad you are using yours. :)
