FREE After Staples Rewards ~ Binders, Boxes, Folders, Totes, Etc.

Staples will have some great deals, starting Sunday, December 30th – Saturday, January 5th.
The front page of the Staples ad shows many items you can get for FREE, after Staples Rewards. (You will have the full out of pocket cost and get it back in the form of store credit, that will expire. More details below.)
The items you can get are file folders, Avery binders, file boxes, plastic storage tote, and a deskpad calendar. Many have limits higher than one! Be careful . . . remember you will end up with store credit, not cash back. You can also pick up copy paper for $1, after Easy Rebate. (You get cash back on the Easy Rebates.)
They will also have a $5 off $25 purchase coupon in their ad.
Here are some general things about Staples:
They will . . .
** accept coupons
** match competitors' prices
** give you Staples Rewards for buying certain products. (Basically, it's store credit that will have an expiration date on it.)
** issue Staples Rewards each month if you hit $10. If not, they pay out each quarter. BUT . . if you haven't hit $10 by the end of the quarter, you lose your rewards.
** give you 10% back (in Staples Rewards) on ink, toner, paper, and print & copy services.
** give you $2 (in Staples Rewards) for each ink cartridge you recycle at their store. (Separate from other Rewards, issued monthly.) You can recycle up to ten per month.
IMPORTANT: I have found that if you get any discounts when making a qualifying Staples Rewards purchase, you don't get the full amount. So, if you use Staples Rewards to buy something that generates a full Staples Reward or percentage, the amount will be reduced. Have them ring an item separately if you are using Staples Rewards to buy something that will generate a Staples Reward. Don't count on endlessly using Rewards to earn Rewards. (I'm pretty sure the value is also reduced if you use a manufacturer's coupon.)
