Safewayibotta $5 Bonus ~ SmartPhone App ~ Save MORE (On Top of Coupons!)
Before today, I haven't spent much time looking into ibotta because it was only available for iPhones, which I don't have. As of today, you can download the app for your android also!
For a limited time, you can also get a $5 sign up bonus, after you make your first purchase. (You need to use a referral link to get it. I will also get a $1 credit, thank you!!)
You can use it as stores like Fry's, Target, Walmart, Walgreens, etc.
So, what is it?
- Sign up using this link
- Confirm your account
- Download the app (they will give you links)
Then:
- Choose your offers before you shop
- Scan the UPC code of select products
- Scan your receipt
- Once you hit $5, you can request a Paypal payment or donate to a school
You can also earn bonus money by sharing on your Facebook wall, taking surveys, watching videos, reading facts, etc.
I've heard great things about this, but will be just be beginning to use it. If you are a user and have any words of wisdom for us, please leave it in the comments. Here's a few more great things: Super easy to upload receipts and scan the UPC. Takes about a minute to submit the things you bought at the store that day. They say they may take up to 24 hours to process it, but it's within a few hours everytime for me. Once you get $5, you can request a paypal deposit, our donate to United Way or a school. Again, it's super fast to get the paypal deposit. Ibotta is great.
I'm excited to try this. I'm already looking at the OJ. We buy that all the time, so I'd love a little bonus! I need to go play around with it — and go shopping! :) Thanks for the added details!
Yeah, I think the only thing it's not good at Albertsons or Bashas right now. They just added Fry's a few weeks ago. Albertsons has the OJ on sale, so that's a bummer, but you could price match at Walmart and ibotta works there. You'll figure it all out soon. :o)
