Check out Safeway’s weekly ad. I don’t list all deals, just the best I see.
Details on Just for U program, combining coupons, etc.

Use a Safeway Club card to get savings (grocery shopping card).
They double manufacturer’s coupons, up to $1 total value. Worth $1 for a limited time.
Confused? Abbreviations & Safefway’s coupon policy
Multiple manufacturers’ coupons are listed, but you can only use one for each product purchased
All listed coupons with dates come from Sunday newspaper inserts.
Get coupons in the Arizona Republic for $1 per month (3 months, then cancel or pay full) HERE!  (Wed. & Sun. delivery)

Your store may not double coupons that say “Do not double.” The databases I use do not state which ones those are. Keep that in mind when you’re deciding if you want to pay the listed price. I’m assuming your store will double all manufacturer’s coupons. If you find one, please leave a comment and I’ll put a note on the list.
Safeway accepts eCoupons loaded from Shortcuts and their website.
