Children’s Museum of Phoenix ~ $11 for Two Admission

My kid’s had the best time at the Children’s Museum when we went last year.

This is a smokin’ deal if you’d like to take yours!
We rarely see any sort of discount at this awesome museum.

$11 for Visit for Two to Children’s Museum of Phoenix ($22 value)

You have to pick dates to go either:

August 15 – September 30, 2015 or

October 1 – November 15, 2015

Limit 1 per person, may be another as a gift.

They do offer free admission on the first Friday of every month from 5-9 PM.
I know that’s not always the best option for people and it’s super crowded, so the $11 deal is great if you want to go another time.

Dbacks Win ~ Food Deals at Taco Bell, Papa John’s and Jack in the Box

The Dbacks beat the Mariners 8 to 4 last night.  That means you can get the following food deals today, Wednesday, 7/29.

Taco Bell is doing the same promotion they’ve done for several years, but it’s 5 runs instead of 6! (home or away games)

For Arizona residents, participating Taco Bells will give you three free tacos when you purchase a large drink, if the Diamondbacks score at least 5 runs.  (A win or loss doesn’t matter — well, for the tacos!)  :)  The deal is only good the day after the game from 4pm – 6pm.   No coupon is necessary.  Large drinks were $1.69 at my Taco Bell last year.

Here’s a link to their schedule.  It also lists the scores of past games, so you can see if they scored 5 runs!

Last year, you could pay 30¢ more for a limeade of freeze, 30¢ extra for each Dorito taco you wanted, or get all three “D-backs style” (sour cream & tomatoes) for $1.  I’m guessing it will be the same this year.

**  I’ve heard of rare Taco Bells in Arizona that don’t participate.  It’s safest to call yours before going, just to make sure.

“All season long, the day after every Dbacks win you get 50% off your regular menu price online order. They won last night, so you get 50% off your total online order today!”

Order online at Papa John’s and use the code DBACKS50

Remember it’s after EVERY win, all season long! (home or away games)

Here’s some other codes in case you need to order another day:

Here are other codes I try, when I want to get 50% off my online orders . .

ASU50 (after different sports teams win)
COYOTES (when in season)
CARDINALS (when in season)
AZ350810 (Buckeye, Surprise, Avondale, Estrella Mountain stores only, thru 7/31; Thanks, Rachel!)

If those fail and you don’t have points saved:
SAVE25 (for 25% off)

If any Dbacks player “Jacks” a home run out of the park, fans can go Jack in the Box the next day to receive a free Jumbo Jack with the purchase of a large drink.  The location I called charges $2.39 for a large drink.

If you’re not a Dbacks follower, you can do a quick internet search for “dbacks score” and you’ll see that you can click for highlights or a recap.  They should tell you if there was a home run, in their summary.

The AZ Diamondbacks has a great promotion for kids.  No Chew Crew membership is free to children 15 and younger who pledge awareness of the harmful effects of spit tobacco and “Say NO to spit tobacco.” Parents/guardians must be 18 years or older to register a child for the No Chew Crew.

Kids who take the pledge can get in free to select games.  You can read all about it here.

And when you are at one of the games, register to be part of the Dbacks Kids Club.  All children ages 3-15 are eligible, with a parent’s permission, to sign up for the club at the D-backs Kid’s Club HQ located in the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Sandlot, near section 332.

Kids can enjoy a free lemonade when they show their D-backs Kid’s Club card at Raising Cane’s, offer valid at all participating stores and with purchase.

You can earn other prizes too! Members simply scan their membership card at specially marked fan kiosks throughout Chase Field and receive a slip redeemable at the Kid’s Club HQ for a prize. Members earn a free prize for each of the first 20 games attended and a bonus prize at game 25 and 30! Kids must be presented to redeem prize.

You can read all about Raising Canes and the Dbacks Kids Club here.

Get Facebook Page Updates to Show Up in Feed (New Way!)

I just found a new (at least to me!) setting for pages you follow on Facebook.  One of the most common questions we get is how to see all Bargain Believer posts in your Facebook feed.  It’s frustrating when you want to see something and Facebook just doesn’t show it to you.

We know that commenting, sharing, and “liking” posts helps.  But, it looks like we may have a new option.  Hope this really works!!

Some deals go quickly, so it’s a great way to follow us, if you’re on Facebook a lot.  Plus, we post some added information or have a Facebook-only giveaway from time to time.

Assuming you want to see everything we post  . . .

Supposedly, Bargain Believer posts will show up at the top of your feed.  Give it a try and let us know what happens.
