Cardinals Win ~ Deals at Dunkin Donuts, Papa John’s, Sonic and Jack in the Box Today

The Cardinals won last night.  The following deals are all good today, Tuesday, October 18th.

Readers in Tucson have had problems redeeming the Dunkin Donut and Jack in the Box offers.  Please, call first.

Download the Dunkin Donut app to score a free medium hot or iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts the day after the Cardinals win.

All you have to do is open the app the day after the win and you’ll see your free offer under “Perks”.  I live in Prescott and the offer is there for me.  The closest Dunkin’ is about 100 miles away, so it should be good in all of Arizona, not just Phoenix.  I didn’t even create an account through the app, and the offer is still there.

I’ve heard that with deals like this location services need to be turned on as it’s only good in participating Arizona locations.  Ron let us know it wasn’t showing up for him in Tucson.  (Thanks, Ron!)

You can read more about it here.

“All season long, the day after a Cardinals win you get 50% off your regular menu price online order. They won last night, so you get 50% off your total online order today!”

Order online at Papa John’s and use the code CARDINALS50

Remember it’s after EVERY win, all season long! (home or away games)

Here’s some other codes in case you need to order another day:

Here are other codes I try, when I want to get 50% off my online orders . .

ASU50 (after different sports teams win)
DBACKS50 (when in season)

If those fail and you don’t have points saved:
SAVE25 (for 25% off)

Get 1/2 price drinks & slushes at Sonic; includes soft drinks, iced teas, slushes (excludes creamslush treats) and limeades.

Extra flavors and fruit may cost more.

No coupon needed.

You can read about it here.

If the Cards get a sack, you get a free Jumbo Jack with purchase of a large drink.

You may want to call your location to find out if they are participating before you make a special trip.

You can read about it here.

Nanci left this comment for us after going in August:
The museum’s parking lot was completely full but they offered overflow parking directly across Central Ave in the parking structure. The structure serves the Uptown Phoenix’s Arts District building, 1636 N. Central Avenue, which houses the offices of the Arizona Opera Company. It was free to park there, the attendant just asked that we park on level 3 or 4 and exit to Palm (since the other exits were not open). There were even two gentleman, maybe officers, controlling the lights and stopping traffic so we could cross Central safely. I was worried there would be no parking but was pleasantly surprised to find the overflow lot.  (Thanks, Nanci!)

You can get FREE admission to the Phoenix Children’s Museum
the first Friday of each month, from 5 pm -9 pm.

Admission is normally $11 per person.

Cirque Du Soleil Toruk: The First Flight Giveaway Winner and Show Info

Congrats to Kristen (keyfam….yahoo.com.  She won the 4 tickets to see Cirque du Soleil Toruk: The First Flight.

If you didn’t win, there is more information below about the show and discount information for family packs.

The new Cirque du Soleil touring show inspired by James Cameron’s record-breaking movie AVATAR, TORUK – The First Flight, will be presented at Talking Stick Resort Arena from November 16-20.

WHAT: Inspired by James Cameron’s AVATAR, TORUK – The First Flight transports you to the world of Pandora in a visually stunning live setting. Experience a storytelling odyssey through a new world of imagination, discovery, and possibility.

Through a riveting fusion of cutting-edge visuals, puppetry and stagecraft buoyed by a soaring cinematic score, Cirque du Soleil applies its unique signature style to James Cameron’s imaginary world and “makes the bond” between two kindred artistic visions that capture the imagination.

This live immersive experience also bears the distinct signature of directors and multimedia innovators Michel Lemieux and Victor Pilon. It is a living ode to the Na’vi’s symbiotic coexistence with nature and their belief in the basic interconnectedness of all living things.

Narrated by a “Na’vi Storyteller” and populated by unforgettable characters, TORUK – The First Flight is a mythical tale set thousands of years before the events depicted in the film AVATAR, and before any humans ever set foot on Pandora.

When a natural catastrophe threatens to destroy the sacred Tree of Souls, Ralu and Entu, two Omaticaya boys on the brink of adulthood, fearlessly decide to take matters into their own hands. Upon learning that Toruk can help them save the Tree of Souls, they set out, together with their newfound friend Tsyal, on a quest high up in the Floating Mountains to find the mighty red and orange predator that rules the Pandoran sky. Prophecy is fulfilled when a pure soul rises among the clans to ride Toruk for the first time and save the Na’vi from a terrible fate.
