Links for You . . .
I’ve been getting quite a few emails lately from people wanting me to do a coupon class or new to couponing, who are confused and have a question. I thought it would be helpful for me to repost this, which I posted after my last coupon class. (Currently, I don’t have a coupon class planned.)
The links will help you get to some of the important information. Also, don’t forget that there is a Facebook page! We post additional offers over there, mostly Facebook only deals and ones we think will be gone very quickly. You can also ask questions over there. Sometimes another reader will beat me to answering it, if I’m not around. Plus, it’s just more interactive. You will even get to hear boring things like the fact that I just got braces yesterday. I know, exciting — don’t all run over to Facebook at at once! :)
Here are some links for you . . .
Arizona Republic Newspaper for $7/week — home delivery on Sundays & Wednesdays
Saving Star — future savings, “click away,” payout at $5+
Endorse & Ibotta — mobile apps that give you money back for certain items
Safeway JustforU – sign up and make sure to check “personalized deals”
Video explaining the shopping list function – Try it, you’ll like it! :)
Organizing coupons — list of categories, etc.
Store policies — print out the ones you shop at
Here are some other general links to help jog your memory.
And, someone asked me about how I save on meat (after the class). I just wait for sales or use Zaycon Foods for buying bulk meats, especially boneless, skinless chicken breasts. (They were recently $1.79/lb for 40 pounds.) You can sign up to receive an email the next time they’re in town with chicken. They are coming soon and now taking orders for bacon ($3.49/lb for 36 lbs).
If I missed something important or you have a question, just leave a comment below. Thanks! ~ Juli

I just added a Walmart clearance link to the top right of the website. I’m hoping for great things! (Or, you can click the image above to see them.)
I was impressed with a few prices listed already. There are all sorts of things including diapers, computers, headphones, clothing, pans, etc. I’m hoping they will update them often.
Beyond the low prices, on many items, you can skip paying the shipping if you have it sent to your local store. Other items have 97¢ shipping.
So, check out the deals now and then remember that it will be on the top right of the website, for future reference.
If you find something someday that’s too wonderful to keep to yourself, let us know!

Print a coupon to get $5 off a $10 purchase at Hallmark.
The coupon expires on Mother’s Day, May 12th.
Note: The highlighted ads on their website may change. Right now it’s the first one.
Or, if you have Facebook, you can get a link from their page.

Fresh & Easy has been having freebies every Friday, with a certain purchase. (They are advertised on their Facebook page or in their ad.) Most of the time, I quickly skip over them since I don’t feel like what you need to purchase is worth the freebie. (They aren’t terrible, but I just don’t know the starting price, etc.)
I thought this one might appeal to you. You get a free Swiss chocolate bar if you spend $7.99 on flowers, this Friday (5/10), with coupon. Their floral prices seem reasonable and I figured some of you might be looking for little Mother’s Day bonus.
Here are the floral deals that are in their ad:
$9.99 — Rose & Alstroemeria Bouquet
$9.99 — Dozen Roses
$14.99 — Hand Tied Bouquet
If you get their ads, look for a $5 off $25 coupon, that you can also use, if you’re buying more than the flowers.

If you don’t have a blog/website, you may not have any clue what a “blog button” is. I was with you, a couple years ago, before starting this website.
It’s the image above. Basically, it’s the little logo “thing” that you can paste onto a website, with the computer code included (also called a widget).
I was recently asked for it and I remembered that I never told you it was now on the website, if you ever want it. (Go to “about” on the top menu bar and then “blog button.”)
I realize this won’t thrill most of you, but some of you have a personal blog or website and you like to share your favorite online websites with your readers. If that’s you and you’d be willing to post a link to Bargain Believer — thank you very much! It’s appreciated more than you know.
Here’s the code if you want to grab it from here:
<div align="center"><a href="http://www.bargainbeliever.com" title="Bargain Believer"><img src="http://www.bargainbeliever.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/bargain_believer_125_white.png" alt="Bargain Believer" style="border:none;" /></a></div>
Thanks to our friend, Gary, who made the logo! It will appear on the website someday. It doesn’t “fit” (in computer ways) and the website is waiting for a redesign — someday! It’s been on the Bargain Believer Facebook page for a long time, but that’s as far as we got. There’s always plenty on my “to do” list! :)

For those of you who live near Fiesta Mall, in Mesa, you really should check out American Discount Foods. They are right across from Fiesta Mall, on Southern. (They changed locations, somewhat recently, so don't head to the old one.)
You can view their weekly ad and daily deals on the website or sign up to have them delivered to you each day.
I don't go often, but sometimes the daily deals lure me in. The orange juice price (today only, Friday) is a strong pull for me. You can get a 6-pack of Tropicana for only 99¢. That's so much convenience for a low price! Their weekly ad also has some other great deals, so make sure you look at that, too.
One word of caution, check the expiration dates on the products you purchase. Some are out of date or approaching the expiration date. I'm not a total expiration date stickler for everything, but be aware that you'll want to use some things soon, freeze them, or just pass on the deal altogether.
Oh, and just so you know . . . they don't take coupons and are closed on Sundays. Too bad on the coupon thing!
