Halloween Food Deals and More…

krispy_halloween

Here’s a list of some great deals we found for Halloween!  It’s always a good idea to call your nearest location before you go to make sure they are participating.  No coupon is needed unless we specifically stated that.

Baja Fresh ~ Get a free kids meal w/ the purchase of any entree on 10/31.  You need to print this coupon.

Black Angus ~ Kids receive a free kids meal when they dine in costume w/ purchase of adult entree..   You can read about it here.

Chick-fil-A (Mesa/Riverview) ~ Kids in costume get a free 4 count nugget kids meal from 4-8 pm.  You can read more here.  May want to check with location nearest you to see if they are doing something similar.

Chipotle ~ Anyone in costume on Halloween after 5pm, will get a burrito, bowl, salad or an order of tacos for just $3.  Go here for more info.

Chuck E. Cheese ~ Print this coupon for 20 free tokens, with any food purchase.   There are also other coupons available.

IHOP ~ Free Scary Face Pancake on Halloween.  They get to create their own!  Fun!  Read about it here.

Krispy Kreme ~ Show up in costume on Halloween, get a free donut.  Go here for a list of participating locations.

Lego Store ~ Come in dressed in a costume on Halloween, get a free Lego treat!  Call ahead to make sure they have some left!

Old Country Buffet ~ Kids in costume get a free kids’ meal.  Get up to 2 free meals with on adult dinner purchase.  Find locations here.

Outback ~ Free Kids Meal w/ purchase of any adult entree on Halloween!  Read more here.

Papa Murphy’s ~ Get a Jack O Lantern shaped take and bake pizza and 1 pound of orange chocolate chip cookie dough for $10.  Find locations here.

Pei Wei ~ Kids in costume get a free cookie w/ purchase of an adult entree from 3 – close.   Go here to read about it.

Sonic  ~ 50¢ Corn Dogs all day on Halloween!  Find locations here.

Starbucks ~ 10/29 – 10/31, get a Franken Frappuccino (or any grande Frappuccino) after 2 PM for $3.  Read about it here.

If you have something to add, please let us know!

If your kids get to much candy, be sure to check out the program where dentists will buy it from you and send it to our troops!  I always bag some up, and put it away for Santa to use in two months.  No point in buying more candy for stockings.  But, I have to put it in a suitcase and have my husband put it on the highest shelf in the closet, so that I’m not eating some every day.  If I have to get a ladder to get a twix bar, I’ll realize it’s not worth the effort.  Although, I’ve been known to do just that once or twice.

(Thanks for some added deals, Alicia’s Deals!)

Sunday Coupon Insert Preview ~ 2 Coming on 11/1

If you like to peek ahead to see what coupons you should expect on Sunday, go to Sunday Coupon Preview and check it out.  It looks like we should be getting three inserts this Sunday . . . Smart Source (SS), Red Plum (RP) and Proctor & Gamble (P&G). Remember, coupons are sometimes regional, so there aren’t any guarantees what we’ll get.  However, they are usually pretty close and give you a good idea what to expect. az_republic_3_for_1 If you don’t get the Sunday coupons, you can get the Sunday and Wednesday Arizona Republic delivered for only $12 for 3 months, if you haven’t been a subscriber in the past 30 days.   I have verified that this is the best rate they currently have available.  You pay for one month, get two for free.  That works out to approximately $1 per week!  The key is that you need to cancel in three months, if you decide not to continue at full price, since it’s an autopay offer.  I’ve often called to cancel a promotional rate and they’ve extended it, but no guarantees on that.

Did you know you could a free 6 month subscription?  They sometimes have coupon inserts in them.  Head over here and sign up.  You’ll probably have to do a survey or two, but it won’t take more than 10 minutes or so of your time.  Then, you can get select the Wall Street Journal as your reward.  It also sometimes has inserts mid-week.  It’s always a nice surprise.

My favorite that we should get on Sunday are:

Halls Cough Drops (25-30 count)   $1.50  AT CVS
$1/2 Halls Drops Single 11/02/2014 SS Insert (exp 12/13/14) (future, if we get it)
$1/2 printable
$1/2 Checkout 51 (phone app, future cash back)
Final price:  $1.00 each when you buy 2 + possible Checkout 51 cash back (only 50¢ a bag after cash back!)

C&H Brown or Powdered Sugar (2 pounds)   $2.39 (thru 11/18)  AT SAFEWAY
$0.40/1 C&H Sugar 11/02/2014 RP Insert (exp 1/3/15) (worth $1, future, if we get it)
$0.40/1 C&H Sugar Product 09/07/2014 RP Insert (exp 11/30/14) (worth $1)
$0.75/2 C&H Sugar Product 09/07/2014 RP Insert (exp 11/30/14) (worth $1)
$0.75/2 Redplum (use zip 85225, worth $1)
$1/2 Smartsource (use zip 85225, worth $1)
Final price:  As low as $1.39

Tresemme Shampoo, Conditioner or Styler (8-32 oz)   $4.00  AT CVS
$2/1 Tresemme Wash & Care 11/02/2014 RP Insert (exp 11/30/14) (future, if we get it)
Final price:  $2.00

Just wanted to give you a heads up on this . . .

Tomorrow, we’ll be having a Facebook only giveaway, for a $25 Safeway gift card.

To enter, you’ll need to comment on Facebook, telling (or showing with a picture) your favorite deal(s) of the week.

We all need some encouragement!  With the end to Fry’s valuing coupons at $1, it’s getting harder to find super deals, but they’re still out there.  Let’s share what we’ve found.

Note:  The deal can be something you found here or found on your own.  We’d love to see both!

Make sure you’ve “liked” Bargain Believer on Facebook and are ready to enter tomorrow!

sams_club_001

Just a reminder in case you haven’t grabbed this super deal…

It’s a super time to get a Sam’s Club membership!  You can go directly to Living Social and make the purchase, or if you have/want an Ebates account, start there!  You’ll gt 6% cash back, into your account!  Below are the details on how to use Ebates.

It says you have 9 days to get this deal, but sometimes they will disappear before that.

Ebates instructions . . . .

The best way to do it is to start at Ebates.   That way, you will earn an additional 6% rebate (to cash out when you hit $10).  Even better . . . I also think you will earn a $10 Target (or other) gift card, if you are a new customer, placing an order over $25.  (I can’t verify this since I’m an existing customer.  If you verify, please let us  know.)

Then, from Ebates, search “Living Social.”  Click through to the Living Social’s site, from Ebates, and you’ll do everything like you would if you went directly to Living Social.  Search “Sam’s Club” to find the deal.  (Make sure you are in the tab that opens up from Ebates or you may not get credit.)  Hopefully, you’ll see a $10 gift card show up in your account or mailbox soon & you’ll have 6% in your account!

The winner will receive 4 tickets to see the races!

You will need to enter soon and reply very quickly since I need to get the winner’s name to the rep. right away.

To enter this giveaway . . .   Leave a separate comment for any number(s) listed below, no more than three total, separate entries.  (“I don’t follow” or “I don’t have” answers will be removed and won’t count as an entry.)  We use a program that automatically chooses the winner, so if you combine answers into one comment, it’s viewed as only one entry and won’t increase your chance of winning.  LEAVE SEPARATE COMMENTS!

1)  Have you been to any kind of races before?
2)  Follow Bargain Believer on Facebook, Twitter, or by RSS feed (or say that you already do).
3)  Subscribe to Bargain Believer emails (or say that you already do)
(Make sure you click on the confirmation email that you’ll receive or you’re not subscribed.)

The giveaway will end on Wednesday (TODAY), October 29th at 5:00 pm.  The winner will need to respond the the email by 9am on October 30th or we’ll have to choose another winner.  The alternate winner will only have until 2pm to reply.  Sorry for the short notices, but this was a last minute opportunity.

I was given these tickets to give away, in exchange for telling you about the event, from an advertising rep.
