Sunday Coupon Insert Preview ~ 2 Coming on 2/7/16

If you like to peek ahead to see what coupons you should expect on Sunday, I have them listed for you below.  It looks like we should be getting two inserts this Sunday . . . one Smart Source (SS) and one Red Plum (RP).  Remember, coupons are sometimes regional, so there aren’t any guarantees what we’ll get.

Here are some links to printable coupons that you may want to check.  New coupons are added often.

Coupons.com
Redplum (new coupons usually added Sunday morning)
Smartsource

az_republic_3_for_1If you don’t get the Sunday coupons and want to plan ahead for coming weeks, you can get the Sunday and Wednesday Arizona Republic delivered for only $16.99 for 2 months, if you haven’t been a subscriber in the past 30 days.   I have verified that this is the best rate they currently have available.  You pay for one month, get one for free.  That works out to approximately $2.12 per week!  The key is that you need to cancel in two months, if you decide not to continue at full price, since it’s an autopay offer.  I’ve often called to cancel a promotional rate and they’ve extended it, but no guarantees on that.

Here’s what we hope to get this Sunday in the AZ Republic:

Papa Murphy’s Discount Code ~ 50% off on Wednesdays!

papa murphy

I’m not sure how long this Papa Murphy’s deal will last, but it’s good today and it’s been good every Wednesday for awhile.

50% off all orders at Papa Murphy’s on Wednesday with code:  WED50

Personally, I’m loving it!  We’ve eaten their food three out of the last four weeks.  Their salads are really good … and only $2.50!  They’re pretty big.  We get a family size pizza and two salads.  Five of us (including teens and pre-teens!) are set.  We haven’t tried dessert yet, but I heard those are also good.

In case you’re not familiar with their set up … you take the pizza home to bake it.  I just don’t want you to be shocked when you pick it up.  :)

Also, play Fry’s instant win game, Game Day Greats, here, thru 2/7.

Bulk Meat in Gilbert ~ Great Prices & Discount Code

market_fresh_meats

UpdateYou can order the ground turkey through Wednesday, 2/10.

I wanted to remind you to get your order in by Thursday . . .

If you’re near Gilbert and looking for super deal on a variety of bulk meats, you’ve found it — chicken or ground turkey!  If you can’t handle a big order or want to try a couple types, share with a friend.  It’s easy to split up.  Get your order in by Feb. 4th (Thursday), for Feb. 13th pick up from 9-11.

I’m just going to copy what I posted before, about Market Fresh meats, updating the new meats they’ve added — which is a lot!  And, I can add that I got my chef ready chicken during a recent event and was very happy with it.  It’s great tasting, easy to prep (throw in a freezer bag!), and a super value.

Here what you need to know …

If you’re familiar with Zaycon chicken, Market Fresh Meats is similar, but … better!  You have a pre-trimmed option and the prices are cheaper.  You can get the pre-trimmed for less than Zaycon’s untrimmed chicken!  The one drawback is that you need to pick up your order in Gilbert (not as many locations)  However, they plan to expand and have had different locations, so stay tuned if you’re in other areas!

You will pay rock bottom prices for a bulk amount of chicken or ground turkey.  The sizes and prices are listed below.  Keep in mind that the packaging makes it super easy to share with a friend.  The 40lbs of chicken will come in four 10-lb sealed packages.  You can even throw those directly into the freezer, but I love to prep mine and put them in quart size freezer bags, to make thawing and individual meals super simple.  It takes up less freezer space than you might think.  I put my bags upright in a larger shoe box, then some stacked on top of those.

If you get the non-trimmed chicken, be prepared to spend some time trimming it and having some waste.  It’s not excessive, but there will be some.  If you get it pre-trimmed … it’s going to be super simple!  Keep in mind that whole breasts are thick and you may need to slice them, but that will be about all.  The tendon is cut out and most fat and odd hanging pieces are gone.

The trimmed chicken is the same chicken they sell at Costco for $2.99/lb and some nice restaurants receive.  You can get the pre-trimmed for $1.89/lb ($1.84/lb with code BARGAIN).  Zaycon sells the untrimmed for $1.89/lb, right now, so this is even less — without the effort and waste.  But, if you want to save even more … go for un-trimmed.  (See pricing below.)

They also offer other meats that Zaycon doesn’t offer.

And … even better!  They’re offering Bargain Believer readers the discount code BARGAIN to save even more.  You’ll save $2 per order, bringing it down to SUPER CHEAP!

Fresh Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts – $1.59lb
(Use code BARGAIN to pay only $1.54/lb)
Some trimming and waste involved, but not excessive.
*40lb Case, 4 10lb Packages

Fresh Pre-trimmed Chef Ready Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast – $1.89lb
(Use code BARGAIN to pay only $1.84/lb)
*40lb Case, 4 10lb packages

Frozen Lean 93/7 Ground Turkey – $2.27lb
(Use code BARGAIN to pay only $2.17/lb)
*20lb Case, 20 1lb packages

Frozen Pre-Cooked  Boneless Chicken Breast Fritters (breaded) – $2.49lb
(Use code BARGAIN to pay only $2.39/lb)
*20lb Case, 1 large bag

Go here to place your order.

(I am an affiliate with Mark Fresh Meat.  I receive a credit to buy meat, when you use my code.  Thank you so much!)

Walmart Ad Matching List ~ 2/3/16 – 2/9/16

Helpful links:
Price matching policy & tips
Online price matching policy
Walmart Savings Catcher program

Notes : (Keep in mind that your store many vary from another store & you can’t count on getting everything on this list.)

  • Your store may no longer match the Hispanic market prices, including Food City.  (It doesn’t seem to be very widespread, at this point.)
  • Your store may only match store locations that they consider close to them.
  • Sometimes, there are price variations from store to store, especially Smart & Final.  See your local ad for exact price.
  • Policy says they will not match store brand prices, but the majority report their store will.
  • Walmart sells some produce individually, not by the pound.  Their policy says they won’t match those items, unless the ad shows the same (lb to lb, or each to each).  Many stores will do it.
  •  Meats are hard to match.  Most stores are strict about same size packaging, cuts, brands, etc.  We include more than you’ll probably be able to find at your store since selection may vary.
  • Milk can vary from store to store.  Most seem to carry Price First brand for $1.99.  If not, that seems to be the brand most stores want you to get when matching.

Some items below need coupons, many don’t.  Click the green plus signs to make your own personalized shopping list!  (When you do, it will be categorized for easier shopping.)

Spend $200 at Tempe Marketplace or Desert Ridge, Get 2 Free Tickets to Renaissance Festival

renaissance

I love deals like this, if you can spend the money on things you would anyway.   I did a similar one a last year and it’s super simple and painless!  :)

Spend $200 at Tempe Marketplace or Desert Ridge on one day in February (see dates below) and get  2 adult admissions ($48 value) to the 28th Annual Arizona Renaissance Festival and Artisan Marketplace.

Details are here for Tempe (through Feb. 29th or while supplies last) and here for Desert Ridge (through Feb. 29th or while supplies last).

Disney On Ice presents Worlds of Fantasy at US Airways Center April 8-12. – See more at: http://www.tempemarketplace.com/disney/#sthash.bYsZzsw0.dpuf

Disney On Ice presents Worlds of Fantasy at US Airways Center April 8-12. – See more at: http://www.tempemarketplace.com/disney/#sthash.bYsZzsw0.dpuf

It sounds like a lot of money, but when you see the list of stores included at each location, you’ll probably realize it’s not hard to hit.  Go here for Tempe Marketplace and here for Desert Ridge details.  There’s a drop down menu with all the stores listed.  Look for places like Target, Michael’s, Albertson’s, CVS, restaurants, etc.  ** You could also buy gift cards and make your “real” purchase later.  Just make sure you have $200 in receipts from ONE day.

You will need to bring your receipts from one day of shopping (don’t have to be turned in the same day) to their management office Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm.  The links above tell you exactly where to find the offices.

Here’s their fine print:
Applies to purchases made the same day February 1-29, 2016 at Tempe Marketplace. Limit 2 free adult admissions per person for the duration of the promotion. Offer valid while supplies last. Must be 18 or older. Other restrictions may apply.

**  Note:  Call their office, if you are making a special purchase to get these.  Make sure they still have some left!  And, if you a buying a gift card and want to be 100% safe, you may want verify that you still can.  I did it before and know others have, but you just never know when they might decide to change things.  I don’t want anyone too sad!  :)

GIVEAWAY ~ 2 Tickets to Sea Life Arizona Aquarium

aquarium 2

aquarium

The Sea Life Aquarium in Tempe is such a fun place to visit.  It’s located in Arizona Mills Mall and we have a giveaway for 2 tickets!

If you homeschool, they also have some awesome dissection and other classes there.  They are fairly affordable and a great way to see the aquarium afterwards.  They don’t have information about 2016 now, but keep checking here for updates.  Juli’s kids had a great time a few years ago.

GIVEAWAY!!!!

Congrats to Michelle R. (peac….@hotmail.com).  She won the 2 tickets to Sea Life Aquarium.

The winner will receive 2 tickets to Sea Life Arizona Aquarium (exp 11/12/16).  Any other charges will be the winner’s responsibility.

To enter this giveaway . . .   Leave a separate comment for any number(s) listed below, no more than three total, separate entries.  (“I don’t follow” or “I don’t have” answers will be removed and won’t count as an entry.)  We use a program that automatically chooses the winner, so if you combine answers into one comment, it’s viewed as only one entry and won’t increase your chance of winning.  LEAVE SEPARATE COMMENTS!

1)  What is your favorite aquarium animal?
I love the sea turtles!

2)  Follow Bargain Believer on Facebook, Twitter, or by RSS feed (or say that you already do).
3)  Subscribe to Bargain Believer emails (or say that you already do)
(Make sure you click on the confirmation email that you’ll receive or you’re not subscribed.)

The giveaway will end on Monday, 2/8 at noon.  We will email the winner and they will have 48 hours to respond.  If we don’t hear back from the winner by then, we will have to choose another one.
