I haven’t posted about this yet, this season.\u00a0 Market on the Move (now called 3000 Club) is a great way to get a bunch of produce for an amazing deal, but the selection is limited.\u00a0 If you are wanting a big variety, this isn’t for you.\u00a0 If you plan on getting what they have and either sharing or canning and freezing some — go for it!<\/p>\n
Basically, you donate $10 and get to pick out two boxes or produce — approximately 60 pounds. The selection varies from week to week. \u00a0The earlier you get there, the better selection you have.\u00a0 “Like” them on Facebook<\/a> to see the upcoming selection, usually on Fridays.<\/p>\n Tomorrow (Saturday, 11\/10), they will have Italian squash, pickles, grape and vine tomatoes, watermelon, and honeydew.\u00a0 Some locations will get green beans and bell peppers (limited).\u00a0 All items may not be at all locations.\u00a0 There are usually plenty of tomatoes and we’ve made some great salsa.\u00a0 Watch their Facebook page for updates. They will be in Glendale, Phoenix, Chandler, Scottsdale, Mesa, Goodyear, and Tucson.\u00a0 You can bring your own containers or they have boxes available for you.
