Kohl’s will take expired Kohl’s Cash!<\/h2>\n

Don’t throw away expired Kohl’s Cash.<\/a>  It could still be good! <\/strong> Kohl’s may be more generous than you thought!

In-store, Kohl’s will take expired Kohl’s Cash up to 10 days after the expiration.<\/p>\n

Expired Kohl’s Cash won’t work when placing online orders unless you call customer service.  They may be able to manually add the discount or extend your Kohl’s cash for later use, so call if you’re within 10 days of it expiring.  It’s worth a shot!<\/p>\n

Heck, call anytime!  You just never know what they’ll say.  I called 12 days after expiration recently and they extended a “one-time courtesy” and emailed me new Kohl’s Cash that expired two weeks from the day I received it.<\/p>\n

It took just under 24 hours to arrive, but I was warned it could take up to 48 hours, so don’t expect to be standing in the store, to call, and then to get it extended in time to make a purchase.<\/p>\n

There is one caveat to accepting Kohl’s Cash below, but I’m not sure how often this will come into play.<\/p>\n

Current Kohl’s Discount Codes<\/h2>\n

Before you shop online, look here<\/a> where they often list their discount codes.  (affiliate link)<\/p>\n

Kohl’s chare cardholders can also sign in and look in your “Wallet” for coupons that apply to them.<\/p>\n

All the above coupons have exclusions.  See store or website for details.<\/p>\n

Back to Kohl’s cash, but I didn’t want you to miss those savings . . .<\/strong><\/p>\n

I was told Kohl’s cash will be taken 10 days beyond expiration, but “If it scans” … was also thrown in there by one local store I called.  Yes, not 100% helpful.  It’s hard to make plans around the “if.”<\/p>\n

The store claimed there were two different kinds and there was no way to tell the difference.  (The regular Kohl’s cash you earn is fine.  It’s always green.  I did a return once and got blue Kohl’s cash, valid for 30 days, which is longer than than the usual Kohl’s Cash redemption period.  Maybe that won’t scan beyond expiration, but always ask!)<\/p>\n

I suggest heading straight to customer service or a register when you get there.  They can scan your Kohl’s cash and tell you if it’s going to be accepted or not.  This will assure you that your Kohl’s-cash-spending-mission is going to be rewarded in the end.<\/p>\n

And … before throwing away any Kohl’s Cash that is more than 10 days expired, I’d ask or have them scan it.  Exceptions are made all the time and you may be in luck.  It never hurts to ask!<\/p>\n

If that doesn’t work (or even before) call their customer service if you’re within the 10 day grace period since they will probably take care of it online without any trouble.<\/p>\n

Can you call customer service to extend expired Kohl’s Cash?<\/h2>\n

If you call Kohl’s customer service (855-564-5705 ) they should be able to extend your Kohl’s Cash if it’s within 10 days of the expiration date.  I was told that’s standard, but they “might” do it after that as a “one-time” courtesy, so it wouldn’t hurt to call even if it’s after 10 days.<\/p>\n

It will take 24-48 hours to receive it (mine came by email), so don’t plan on spending it instantly.<\/p>\n

Can I spend a little less than $50 and still get Kohl’s Cash?<\/h2>\n

You have to spend at least $50 before tax to get Kohl’s cash, effective 9\/30\/20.  It used to be $48, but the policy has been changed.<\/p>\n

What if you return something you paid for with Kohl’s Cash?<\/h2>\n

If you return an item you used Kohl’s Cash on, you’ll receive that same potion back in Kohl’s Cash.  The new Kohl’s Cash will expire in 30 days.<\/p>\n

Can you use a Kohl’s coupon more than once?<\/h2>\n

If you receive a Kohl’s coupon and want to make more than one purchase, no problem!  You can use their coupons up to 10 times!<\/p>\n

How does Kohl’s rewards program work?<\/h2>\n

After joining Kohl’s Rewards<\/a>, you’ll receive extra discount offers and automatically save 5% on every purchase, on top of other discounts or current Kohl’s Cash promotions.<\/p>\n

When your 5% savings adds up to $5, you will receive $5 in Kohl’s Cash to spend the following month.  It’s issued on the first of the month and good for 30 days.<\/p>\n

Make sure you fill in your birthdate when signing up to receive $5 in Kohl’s cash to spend during your birth month.<\/p>\n

Kohl\u2019s will send you reminders when you have Kohl\u2019s Cash to spend, so use an email you check often or you might miss the notification that you have earned a reward to use in the next 30 days.<\/p>\n

How do you redeem Kohl’s Rewards coupon?<\/h2>\n

When your 5% Kohl’s Reward savings add up to $5, you will receive $5 in Kohl’s Cash to spend the following month.  It’s issued on the first of the month and good for 30 days.<\/p>\n

You will receive an email with a barcode for your cashier to scan, or it can also be found in your Kohl’s Wallet<\/a> when you’re logged into your Kohl’s app or online account.<\/p>\n

How do you check the balance for Kohl’s Rewards?<\/h2>\n

Log into your Kohl’s app or online to check your Rewards balance.  Go to “account” and then look for “Kohl’s Rewards.”<\/p>\n

Does Kohl’s have curbside pickup?<\/h2>\n

Kohl’s has curbside and in-store pickup available when you order ahead online<\/a>.  They can get your order ready in less than an hour.  Head to customer service inside or choose the contactless drive-up service.<\/p>\n
