{"id":260413,"date":"2019-06-25T20:25:10","date_gmt":"2019-06-26T03:25:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bargainbeliever.com\/blog\/?p=260413"},"modified":"2019-06-25T20:39:08","modified_gmt":"2019-06-26T03:39:08","slug":"grandmas-meatballs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bargainbeliever.com\/blog\/grandmas-meatballs\/","title":{"rendered":"Grandma&#8217;s Meatballs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-offset-key=\"ft5pe-0-0\">This is only visible for <em>Beyond!<\/em> members, when logged in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We sent an email (6\/25\/19) with a quick summary.\u00a0 If you didn&#8217;t get the email, let me know so we can check into why you didn&#8217;t.\u00a0\u00a0 (juli@bargainbeliever.com)<\/p>\n<p>The meatball recipe is below video.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/344429396\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\"><b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">Grandma&#8217;s Meatballs<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">1 pound ground beef (use turkey, if prefer)<br \/>\n1 cup bread crumbs (I use Italian style)<br \/>\n3 eggs<br \/>\n1\/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp pepper<br \/>\n1\/4 cup parsley<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp garlic powder<br \/>\n1\/8 cup water<\/p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">Mix everything by hand or with a mixer and shape into evenly sized balls. You can vary the size, but ping pong ball size is a good size.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">Put a small amount of oil into a frying pan and cook until golden brown, on medium heat. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to cool.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">If you prefer, you can bake them in a 400 degree oven on a cookie sheet, for about 18-22 minutes, until fully cooked.
