The meatball recipe is below video.

Grandma’s Meatballs

1 pound ground beef (use turkey, if prefer)
1 cup bread crumbs (I use Italian style)
3 eggs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2-1 tsp salt
1/2-1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 cup water

Mix everything by hand or with a mixer and shape into evenly sized balls. You can vary the size, but ping pong ball size is a good size.

Put a small amount of oil into a frying pan and cook until golden brown, on medium heat. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to cool.

If you prefer, you can bake them in a 400 degree oven on a cookie sheet, for about 18-22 minutes, until fully cooked. Cooking time will vary, depending on the size you make.

If you are doing Keto or low carb you can leave out the breadcrumbs, but you may want to omit water or leave an egg out so it’s not too wet.
