Free 2025 Waste Management Tickets from Tempe Marketplace or Desert Ridge
Get two free tickets to the Phoenix Open! This is perfect if you have some shopping to do.
Make $400 worth of purchases on any one day from January 20 through February 5 (or until supplies last) at Tempe Marketplace or Desert Ridge Marketplace and you’re set for getting two free tickets ($120 value). Tempe Marketplace doesn’t have an end date on the offer, just “while supplies” last. Go to the link above to get more info and a phone number to call for each offer. It’s best to make sure they have them before making a special trip and spending money.
It sounds like a lot to spend (and is!), but with places like Target, Albertsons, Harkins, Ross, restaurants, etc, it might not be as hard as you think. Plus, keep in mind that the $400 could be spent on gift cards if you’re in a hurry or want to make your “real” purchases later. (This amount is actually down from $450 last year, so that’s nice!)
Update: Tickets are no longer available for Friday or Saturday. Call to see about other days before counting on the offer.
You can shop any day, combining receipts from different places at one marketplace, but keep in mind that you need to have time during the week Monday – Friday, from 9 am-5 pm to claim your tickets at their management office, sometime after you shop.
Bring all your receipts from purchases on a single day and they’ll stamp them, indicating you’ve received tickets. You will get your receipts back in case you have another need for them later. Simple!
Locations and further instructions for earning tickets and where to go to redeem your receipts can be found on each of their websites at the links above. AGAIN, CALL THEM to be sure they have tickets since they will probably run out.
Ford Free Days at Phoenix Open
You can get free general admission on Monday & Tuesday (February 3 & 4) at the Phoenix Open.
Military & First Responders Get Free Phoenix Open Admission
You and a guest can get free admission Wednesday – Sunday (Monday & Tuesday are free for everyone) if you are part of active duty, military reserve, national guard, military retiree, veteran, police, fire, or EMT. They have a limited number of tickets for each day, so they suggest you request them early.
Go here to verify your status. In the past, there was a $1 fee to verify your status. You had to bring that along with your Department of Defense issued ID or photo ID for entry. See the link above to get full details.
Each person is allowed to bring one guest each day.

is the safeway/albertsons deal confirmed for 2024? text says 2023. can you spend $75 and get a free ticket or does it max at 25 per ticket
So sorry that I didn’t see this sooner. It is confirmed for 2024! I saw a sign when I was in the store last week. I added a picture to the post and updated that section.
can you provide the location you went to?
I was at the Safeway in Mesa near Guadalupe & Alma School, but it should be valid at any Safeway or Albertsons, at least in the Valley.
I signed up on line for military tickets and got an e-mail back from GOVx to verify but haven’t received anything from TCP about how to get the tickets.
I have been trying to obtain my free tickets as a veteran. I have spent hours trying to work through the system. IT is not working.
Are these tickets good for any day?
Military tickets still not available 2 weeks from event?
Military gets free money just buy the tickets.
