Fry’s Fuel Points can be used for Groceries!
What can you do with Fry’s Fuel Points you don’t use for gas?
You can now get cash off your grocery purchase at Fry’s!
In other Kroger regions, they recently started allowing you to redeem your points for money off your purchase instead of just fuel.
Technically, the program is not rolled out at Fry’s, but … there’s a workaround if you are willing log onto a computer or open the browser on your phone.
Here are the steps you can take turn Fuel Points into cash off at Fry’s . . .
1) Go Kroger.com
Do NOT go to Frys.com or use the Fry’s app!
2) Click current store (top left)
3) Change to zip 43205 & choose a store
(Or use another participating region’s zip.)
4) Go to “Redeem Points” icon & click “Redeem Points”
This link gets you there
You will see the total below and you will automatically save that much the next time you shop at Fry’s. If you put some groceries in your online cart at Frys.com or in your app, you will see that amount coming off.
Redeem your Fry’s Fuel points before they expire AND use the $$ off before it expires (same date).
If you wait until the end of the month to redeem your points, you may only have a very short time to shop and get your discount.
There’s no reason to wait until the end of the month. You can always redeem them the month before, and have an entire month to use them, just as you have for Fuel Points. (There are two months’ worth of points available at the same time, but one expires a month earlier.)

I love this option since we have an electric vehicle. We rarely drive our other vehicle, so it’s not often that we need to fill up. When we do, we live really close to Costco and they almost always are cheaper, even after I factor in my Fuel Points discount at Fry’s.
I know some of you don’t live near a Fry’s Fuel station or like a certain type of gas, so the points have not helped you either. Now they can!
I’ve been wasting the 2X Points perk of my free Boost membership, but now I can get a couple extra bucks a month. I’ll take it!
Boost members get 2X Fuel Points
If you’re a Boost member, you get double Fuel Points. It’s a paid membership ($69/year for basic), but if you have a Fry’s credit card, Boost is FREE!
