We love Dickey’s Barbecue Pit! Sadly, the one that was super close to us closed. We miss it, but we still have others that aren’t too far away.
We just got back from a trip to Texas and were able to enjoy a tasty dinner while there. Be on the lookout when you’re on vacation if you don’t have one near you. They have locations in 44 states!
They always have some sort of deal going, so that’s extra enticing for us. Sometimes, we spot the offers on a sign when we’re in the store, but some are ongoing.

The kids’ offer is good at the register on Sundays, but if you’re wanting to get the other offers for dine-in, you’ll have to place the order before you arrive, you can plop yourself down at a table and place your order in the app or online. We walked in and ordered from our booth, then walked up and told them we placed an order. They got it ready right away. Easy!

Also, look for in-store promos happening. We got $4.99 pulled pork sandwiches and also used a code for getting a free meat plate when we bought another with two drinks. We added a couple sides and ended up with a very affordable feast, sharing the sides and completely stuffing ourselves.
Even my young grandson liked gnawing on the ribs and stayed happy the whole time we were there . . .

Added bargain tip: If you get a Big Yellow Cup, you can bring it back for $1 refills. We bring it back every once in a while, but so many of their offers require the purchase of a Yellow Cup, so we don’t take advantage of this too often since we end up getting another one most of the time. (We’ve still used the cups we brought in and refilled them, to not waste them, but there is no benefit financially if the deal requires you to buy another.)
