Educators Get in Free to the Musical Instrument Museum in July

July is educator month at the Musical Instrument Museum at 4725 E. Mayo Boulevard.  They are open daily from 9 AM to 5 PM.  Parking is free.  Museum admission is $20, so this is a nice savings for teachers.

During the entire month of July, preschool through 12th-grade educators, administrators, principals, registered student teachers, and homeschool educators will receive free museum admission upon presentation of a school ID, fingerprint clearance card, or affidavit of intent.

Teachers will also receive a 10% discount at the cafe and coffee shop and the Museum Store for the month of July.

Access to MIM’s current special exhibition, “Beyond the Beat: Drums of the World” is not included in the Educator Appreciation Month promotion. Entrance to “Beyond the Beat” is $7 for educators during July.
