Fry’s Mega Sales Have Changed! ~ Buy 6 (OR MORE), Save $3

The way a Fry’s Mega Sale works has changed. I realize this is old news for some of you. However, I just discovered how many of you missed this, from some comments over on Facebook here. Those who just discovered it are thrilled! I agree. I’ve been loving it since they made the change at the end of November, 2018.
When you’ve been doing it for so long, it’s easy to assume it’s the same and skip over our notes on the Fry’s list or the wording in their ad. We did a post about it, but I realize you don’t all live for every single post we do. It’s a hard balance for me … do I keep telling you things or assume you already know them? For this, I failed. I needed to keep telling you. So, here it is . . .
For the Fry’s Mega Sales, where you have to buy a certain # of items to save a certain amount … they’ve changed it! You don’t have to keep counting to 5 (or whatever # the sale is). Now, they only require you to get to the minimum number and you’ll keep getting the discount. Life changing .. okay, Fry’s shopping changing. Seriously, you’re going to love it!
No more wandering around looking for another item or two, ending up with something you don’t really want. No need to debate on what you want to put back. No more going with a perfect plan and then having it completely ruin everything when they’re out of stock on something. And, my favorite benefit . . . No more revealing that you really can’t count to 20, like you thought you could. :) Grab want you want and keep going, as long as you’re sure you hit the minimum requirement.
For clarification . . . During a Buy 5 or more, Save $5, that means that if you buy 4 or fewer items, you won’t save anything. If you buy 5 items, you’ll save $5. If you buy 7, you’ll save $7. If you buy 43, you’ll save $43. You will see $1 taken off each product, on your receipt.
It’s super simple. Just make sure you’ve hit the minimum they require and you’re set. This also applies to “different # sales.” For a Buy 6 or more, Save $3 (save 50¢ on each).
If this is breaking news, try not to feel bad that you’ve been tortured for a few extra months. Just think about the freedom you’re about to experience! :) It’s changed the way I feel about shopping these sales and reduced the time it takes me in the store. You’re going to love it!

mind blown. Thank you for this. Even the cashiers still make you wander around searching for one or two items. Wish they had this info too! Life changing….lol
It’s soooo much better. I felt ripped off if I didn’t count and re-count and keep evaluating whether I should put something back or wander around to find something else. I guess you could say I miss the feeling that I hit the jackpot if my numbers added up perfectly and everything rang up right, but … I’ll give up that mountain top feeling to get rid of all the torture that came with getting there one out of twenty times!! :) Enjoy the freedom!!
