Fry’s/Kroger Feedback for Fuel Points – 50 Bonus for taking Survey + MORE info!

How do you do a Fry’s/Kroger survey for 50 Fuel Points?

To fill out the Kroger/Fry’s customer satisfaction survey, locate the code at the bottom of your receipt (or keep reading if you didn’t get one), go to the URL they give (or access it your app), then follow all the prompts to earn 50 bonus fuel points. Pretty easy!

Fry’s/Kroger has changed their landing page/system for providing feedback to earn 50 fuel points.  They have switched the URL they’re providing at the bottom of our receipts, but only slightly.

You used to go www.krogerfeedback.com, but now they say to go to www.kroger.com/feedback.  (For Fry’s, go to www.frysfood.com/feedback)

For all URLs, you will be redirected to a site that has “qualtrics.com” in the URL.  It has to do with the system they’re using to gather data and is legit.

Note:  You can bypass the link/URL and do the survey in your app.  From the top dropdown menu, scroll down pretty far until you see “Receipt Survey.”  It will take you to the same spot and you will see the same image below.

The spot you end up is legit, though I think it’s poorly designed and looks like ancient technology.  Below is what you’ll see.

Can you do a Fry’s/Kroger survey for Fuel Points if you don’t have the offer at the bottom of your receipt?

Fuel Point survey invitations and an Entry ID are usually found at the bottom of your Fry’s / Kroger receipt, but sometimes you don’t get a code.

If you don’t get an Entry ID at the bottom of your receipt, you can still get 50 bonus points!

If you don’t see a code, choose “no” when they ask if you have an Entry ID (see above).  You will be prompted to enter the phone number of the store and then you will proceed.

This option was missing for a short time, but is back!

How often can you do surveys for Kroger/Fry’s Fuel Points?

You can do a survey every 7 days to earn 50 bonus fuel points.  The time of day does matter (It CAN NOT be done even 5 minutes earlier the following week).

What are all the details I need to know about Fuel Points at Kroger/Fry’s . . . getting extra, redeeming, earning, expired points, etc.

Instead of repeating myself, I’m going to send you here where I’ve told you more than you’ll want to know about fuel points.

You may be surprised at the last point & their policy about expired points.  I learned something when I read the fine print & something else when I made a phone call to their customer service recently!

ZooLights Discounts & New Info for 2025 – 2026 at Phoenix Zoo

Saving money at Phoenix ZooLights with a coupon or discount for the 2025 – 2026 season!

We’ve gathered information regarding Phoenix ZooLights pricing, discounts, and other helpful information below.  If we see any new discount pop up, we’ll be adding it below.

We are not affiliated with the Phoenix Zoo or SRP.   This post is not sponsored or endorsed by either.

About 300,000 people visit ZooLights each year.  It takes a 5-person crew about 14 weeks to put all the lights up.  They usually begin in July.

If you haven’t been … it’s a lot of lights and is quite spectacular!  It’s always growing.  They add a little something new each year to keep it fresh and fun.  This year the Dino’s in the Desert exhibit is included with your admission price.

What are the dates and hours for Phoenix ZooLights?

ZooLights runs from November 26, 2025 – January 16, 2026.  Gates open at 5:30 pm and close at 10:30 pm each night.  The last entry for walk-thru is at 10 pm, but I suggest you get there before that because 30 minutes isn’t much time to take it all in.

Cruise the Zoo is back again for this season.  Walking is not permitted on that night:  Sunday, November 18th.

How much does a ticket to Phoenix ZooLights cost?

Phoenix ZooLights tickets prices for 2025- 2026 are:

$35 at the gate or online
$30 for members at the gate or online
There is a $4.95 processing fee.  Buy tickets together to save paying $4.95 more than once!

2 & under are free

There are no discounts for children over two years old, seniors, or military.

Discounted Phoenix ZooLights Tickets from Groupon for 2025-2026

Right now, you can get Phoenix ZooLights tickets for $35 through Groupon.  (No extra Groupon discount codes are applicable.)

This is the same price you will pay buying them online through the zoo’s website, but you will save the $4.95 processing fee this way.

The ticket(s) are good any night.  You simply present your Groupon at the ticket gate.

The whole offer can be removed soon, so keep that in mind.

If you’re going on a Wednesday or Thursday, see below for a BOGO offer.  It’s cheaper than this offer, but the open dates on these tickets are really nice!

Phoenix ZooLights BOGO Online for 2024-2025

Go here to get a BOGO offer for ZooLights, sponsored by SRP.  It’s only good on Wednesday and Thursday nights.

This offer is only good once (two tickets total).  You will pay $35 + $4.95 processing fee for two tickets.

You can probably have someone else in your party do a separate transaction if you want more than two tickets.  If you have any questions, contact SRP directly.

Is there a BOGO Phoenix ZooLights coupon for SRP customers?

SRP sent out a BOGO Phoenix ZooLights coupon with their November bills.  (I received mine mid-November.)  If you don’t get paper bills, you can use the online offer mentioned above, or you can try contacting SRP directly.

The paper coupon that was mailed can be used at the gate and will save you the $4.95 online transaction fee.

Is there a group discount for ZooLights?

The zoo does not offer small or large group pricing when you get there.  But, if you want to purchase bulk tickets (50+), there is a discount.

Tickets are $25 each and are non-refundable.  Allow 3-4 days for processing.

To get the discount, you need to reach out to:  GroupEvents@phoenixzoo.org

Where do you park for ZooLights?  Is parking free?

Parking is free at the Phoenix Zoo.  Plug their address in your GPS and get right to the zoo!

Phoenix Zoo
455 North Galvin Parkway
Phoenix, AZ 85008

If the main lot is full, you can also park for free at Sun Devil Municipal Stadium.  It’s on the southwest corner of Van Buren and Priest.  The walk to the main entrance will take you about 15 minutes on a lit, paved pathway.

Do Phoenix Zoo members get in free to ZooLights?

Phoenix Zoo members receive a discount, but admission is not free for members unless they are a top donor and have received an invitation.

Members get $5 off each ticket purchased online or at the gate.

Does Phoenix ZooLights have a drive-thru option for this season?

Cruise the Zoo is back!  You need a different ticket for this, so check out their website for details.  Here are the dates for 2024:  November 10, 11 & 12 and January 13 & 14.  It’s $150 per vehicle ($135 for members.)

Sensory friendly nights for ZooLights at the Phoenix Zoo

ZooLights will make some modifications to make it more sensory friendly on Monday, December 15, 2025.  That evening will include smaller crowds, quieter music, reduced flashing lights, and more.  Get a special ticket & more info about the night here.

Do you get your money back if it rains at ZooLights?

The Phoenix ZooLights display will remain open if it rains.  Bundle up and plan accordingly!  You will not get your money back.

The camel ride (extra fee) will be shut down, but the rest of the show will go on!

Can you bring your own food into ZooLights?

You can bring your own food into ZooLights, as long as it’s not in a glass container or alcohol.  I brought hot chocolate in a Thermos (and some cups) one year.  It was an affordable way to stay warm and enjoy a little break along our path.

Pictures with Santa at Phoenix ZooLights

Santa will be available for paid photos at ZooLights from November 25 – December 23.  They encourage you to make reservations online.  When you do, you can get an exclusive call from Santa.  The cost is from $36.83 – $46.04 + a $4.95 processing fee and tax.

You will not be able to take pictures with Santa from your own camera.

How much do camel rides cost at Phoenix ZooLights?

Camel rides are available during ZooLights.  The cost is $7 for members, $8 for non-members.  The area will be closed if it’s raining.

Can use a camera or phone to take photos & videos at ZooLights?

The zoo allows you to take photos and videos at the ZooLights displays.  Flashes on cameras are okay, but lights from flashlights and laser pointers are prohibited.

Can you see live animals at Phoenix ZooLights?

You may see live animals during ZooLights, but it’s not guaranteed.  There’s a chance you might see a zebra, flamingo, Komodo dragon, or otter.  It will be in low lighting, and they will not be visible at all times.

Can you go to the Phoenix Zoo during the day & stay for ZooLights?

No, the zoo closes at 4 pm each day and a separate ticket is required for ZooLights entry, beginning at 5:30 pm each night.

Even if you visit the zoo during the day with a separate ticket or member pass, you will need to exit and re-enter during ZooLights hours.

When is the least crowded, best time to attend Phoenix ZooLights?

Besides choosing a night with good weather, the Phoenix Zoo’s website tells us the best time to attend.

“Now that ZooLights is open earlier than ever before, we recommend attending in early November. In general, the least crowded nights to attend are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. If you prefer later in the holiday season, please note that the first two weeks of December and the entirety of January tend to be less popular. The majority of people arrive when the gates first open, so an alternative is to arrive around 7:30 p.m. or 8 p.m. after the first wave of visitors have come and gone.”

FREE Admission to the Phoenix Zoo!

You can visit the Phoenix Zoo FREE if you have a Pogo Pass!  And … many other venues! (It doesn’t work for Zoolights, just regular admission.  The zoo closes at 4 pm during the ZooLights season.)

General admission to the zoo is normally $39.95 for adults (14+), $29.95 for kids (3-13)

$59.99 for a pass that also gets you into more venues free is a BARGAIN!

Use code ZooBargain or this link and pay only $59.95 (50% off) for a fun pass that lasts 365 days.  It’s worth so much more!!  Remember … Pogo Passes are only good for regular zoo admission, not for ZooLights.  (This price is only through December, then the price goes up to $64.95.)

Best Pricing NOW for Pogo & GetOut Passes

My grandson loves going to Uptown Jungle which is on the Pogo Pass AND the GetOut Pass!

Pogo & GetOut passes are merging into one pass with multiple, tiered pricing options early in 2026.

You have limited time to buy either pass, to get the best deal.

I don’t know all the answers yet, but I recently found out their new pricing & more details about the merger.

SAVE if you BUY SOON!

How much is a Pogo Pass for Arizona?

These are current and upcoming Phoenix, AZ area prices so you can compare.
$54.95 – thru Dec. 1, 2025
$59.95 – Dec. 2 – 31, 2025
$64.95 – Jan. 1, 2026
Use code BARGAIN or this affiliate link to get pricing above.  Prices are higher without it!

Some regions are even cheaper than AZ.  They make great gifts and/or we’ve even used them for vacations sometimes!
(Code BARGAIN also gets you best pricing for out of area passes.)

How much is a GetOut Pass in Arizona?

Through December 31, 2025, GetOut, Passes for Arizona are $44.95 with code BARGAIN or this link.

For other regions, the code/link will make passes $5 less than the price listed on the website.

What if I already have a Pogo Pass and want the best deal next year?

If you already have a Pogo Pass, you can make your purchase using the gift option, then you can apply the code after your pass expires and save $$.

I like this method anyway (vs renewing, as long as the price isn’t more!) so that if you have a gap in visiting attractions after your original passes expire, you can start the new passes whenever you want, maximizing your full 365 days.

When you apply the code later in 2026, you will be receiving a Legacy Pass.  (See below.)  Most likely, you’ll have an option to upgrade to a higher pass if wanted, but there are no guarantees.

Admittedly, there are some unknowns involved with buying now if you already have one, but it’s worth the gamble to me since, overall, prices are going to increase.

Be aware that there will also be a less expensive option since they will offer tiers (more info below), but I guarantee you venues like Sunsplash will not be on the lowest tiered pass.  You will need to purchase a more expensive “gold” pass to get the bigger attractions like that.

What is a Pogo Pass or Get Out Pass?

Both passes always give you free admission to the included attractions (often more than once), but sometimes there is a charge for equipment like bowling shoes, jump socks, or other gear if you don’t bring it.

Passes are good for 365 days from date of purchase.  If you buy one using the gift option, the 365 days doesn’t start until the pass is activated when you enter the code that they give you later.

Everyone needs one if they want to get in free to the listed attractions.

If you have a young child, you’ll need to do that math to see if it’s worth it.  There are very few places that charge for kids 2 and under, so it’s probably not worth getting one for them.  For kids slightly older, it probably is, but it will depend upon which venues you plan to visit.

Be sure to note the day/time restrictions at some venues.

What attractions are included in a Pogo Pass?

You can see a current list of AZ Pogo venues here.  $54.95 thru December 1, 2025!

Here’s what’s included now . . . (see graphic)

What attractions are included in a GetOut Pass?

A current list of Arizona GetOut venues are listed here.  $44.95 thru December 21, 2025!

Here is a visual for the top attractions redeemed on the GetOut Pass.  There are more!  I just don’t have a nice graphic with them all.

Do Pogo Pass & GetOut Pass venues change?

Sometimes, venues leave the pass for various reasons, but the company is always working hard to add venues to the pass.  Current passholders always get whatever is added as long as their pass is still active.

While it’s sad to see some favorites leave, it rarely makes me sad for too long since something good eventually gets added . . .  or already has been added before that!  I’ve loved seeing all the new attractions that have been included over the years.

When are Pogo & GetOut passes merging into one pass?

Toward the beginning of 2026, Pogo & GetOut passes will officially be rolling out one pass per region, though different levels will be available in most regions.

For instance, there might be an option to purchase a gold, silver, or bronze pass with fewer venues on the lower priced bronze passes.  They will each have different price points, but I don’t know what the pricing is yet.

They are rolling out the new pass in waves, so not all regions will be updated on the same day.  They hope to start in January and be done by the end of February, but that timeline is not guaranteed.

Current passholders will receive a notification when there have been changes.  I’m guessing there will be an email, but I’m pretty sure you’ll also get a notice in your app, telling you there’s a new one.

What happens to my Pogo or GetOut Pass after the merger?

Your current Pogo Pass will NOT turn into one of the tiered passes.  They will become a “Legacy GetOut Pass,” keeping all the same venues and value, PLUS… some GetOut venues will be added to your pass!

Similar will happen for current GetOut Pass holders, with some Pogo venues being added.

Stress on SOME here.  You will NOT get all the venues from one pass added to the other, but I’m guessing there will be something you’re thrilled to get for no additional cost!

Can you have a GetOut & Pogo Pass at the same time?

Yes!  We have both Pogo & GetOut passes.  When the merger happens, we’ll have duplicates for a lot of venues, but that just means we’ll get to visit them more than once!

It’s important to understand that not everything will “duplicate.”  For instance, I doubt Sunsplash will be added to the GetOut pass.  It will be some of the lower priced venues that aren’t “gold level” type venues.  We still have so much fun at some of those places, and extra free admissions are still a great value!

Can you promote Pogo Passes and make money or buy in bulk at a discounted price?

If your business, school, organization or other group wants to promote the passes for a profit, please contact me.  You will make $5 per pass sold.

If you buy in bulk, you can get an additional $5 off the lowest advertised price at the time.  They make great employee incentives or thank you gifts!  Contact me for full details!

Arizona Goodwill 20% off Coupon 2025 + Discount & Sale Days

Goodwill 20% off coupon for each month in 2025

Save 20% off at Goodwill with a coupon that is updated each month.  Click the image above or go here to print or show the coupon on your mobile device.  (You may need to scroll down a little.)  You need to spend at least $20 to use it.

Like more deals that just Goodwill?  I love bargains and share other Arizona deals on essentials and family fun.  Go here to get my emails, usually every week or two.

The above Goodwill coupon is only for the Central and Northern Arizona stores.  (Tucson and Southern Arizona locations do not accept the coupon.  See below for discounts valid in there.)

The barcode/number changes slightly each month, so you will need a new one each month.

It is not good for food, drink, new items, or seasonal items.  It’s also not valid at clearance or REDESIGN centers.

If you prefer, sign up for their newsletter.  They will email you a 20% off coupon every month.

Does Goodwill charge for bags?

As of August 1, 2024, Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona charges $0.10 for each bag you need them to provide.  Bring in your own bags or carry your merchandise out without a bag to avoid the extra fee.

Does Goodwill still have 50% off on Saturdays?

Since Covid hit, Goodwill no longer offers 50% off every other Saturday.

When is Senior Day at Goodwill?

Seniors (age 55+) save 25% off at Goodwill on Tuesdays with ID.  The offer is good on most used merchandise at Arizona locations in the Phoenix metro, Yuma, and Flagstaff areas.

Goodwill has a student, teacher, military & first responder discount!

If you are a teacher, student, military, or first responder, Goodwill will give you a 25% discount each Sunday.  It’s good on most used merchandise in the Phoenix metro, Yuma, and Flagstaff areas. (See below for Tucson area.)

Students can be any age as long as they have a current ID.

You will need an ID and get the 25% discount, so be sure to bring it with you.

Goodwill Dollar Tag Day

Dollar Tag Day has been modified over the past couple years.  They choose just one color each week and that’s the focus.  See below for more details.

Does Goodwill have color tag sales?

When you enter the store, you will see a sign highlighting the color tag that is discounted.  If it’s not there, ask an associate.  The color changes each week.  Look for items with that color tag to save 50% or pay $2, for that color on Thursday.

They aren’t for a category like “clothing” or “household items.”  It’s for individual items throughout the entire store.  Be on the lookout for some great deals.

Check out the calendar of events for Goodwill’s discount days in Arizona. (Calendar is not for Southern AZ.)

When does the sale color tag change at Goodwill?

Each week, items with a specific color tag are on sale at Goodwill.  A new color goes 50% off each Friday.  It remains 50% off all week until Thursday.  On Thursday, that same color is $2.  There aren’t any other markdowns the whole week, just a new color when it hits Friday again.

Do you pay sales tax on purchases at Goodwill?

No, you do not pay tax on purchases at Goodwill in Arizona.  It’s considered a non-profit, so no taxes are collected.

Hopefully, this won’t change.  I was at a Goodwill in Texas and was surprised I had to pay tax.

Can you return items to Goodwill?

Arizona’s Goodwill locations allow you to make returns within 7 days if you have the receipt and the tags are still attached.  You will only receive store credit.

Can you return something to a different Goodwill location than where you purchased the item?

As long as you are in the same Goodwill region (Central and Northern Arizona stores), you can return an item to a different location as long as you have the receipt and the tag is attached.  You will receive store credit.

Are Goodwill’s fitting rooms open?

The Goodwill locations in Arizona have not opened their fitting rooms since Covid.  You cannot try things on in a fitting room, but I’ve seen plenty of people try things on over their clothing.

Just remember that you only have 7 days to make a return if you decide something doesn’t fit right.  You will need the receipt and to have the tag still attached.  You will only get store credit for any returns.

Does Goodwill sell gift cards?  Are they good at all locations?

Goodwill sells gift cards (not available online).  They are only good for stores in the region you purchase them … like Southern Arizona or Central/Northern Arizona.  There is not a card available that is good at all Goodwill locations in Arizona or nationwide.  Each region is different.
